Just want to say what an amazing job Samantha and Tony have done in looking after my dear friend John. So caring with lots of patience. From start to finish they have been wonderful.

Funeral Director
Samantha has been working within the funeral profession since 2016 and in January 2023 she took up her current position as Funeral Director for the East London Area.
After 32 years in the hair and beauty industry, she needed and wanted a change of direction. After attending adult education and gaining basic computer skills, Samantha started to do some voluntary work with a local funeral director to gain some knowledge and experience of the funeral profession. This led to her first role within the funeral profession as a Funeral Arranger in 2016 with Haven Funeral Services, Hayes. In August 2017, Haven was acquired by Funeral Partners. In January 2018 took up the position of Funeral Arranger at WH Putnam Funeral Directors, working with both the funeral directors at the Queensbury and Burnt Oak branches. Then again in May 2021, moving to John Nodes Funeral Service, Cricklewood, taking up a role which involved both arranging and conducting the funeral. In July 2022, Samantha officially took the position of Trainee Funeral Director.
Since then, Samantha has successfully sat and passed the certificate in Funeral Arranging and Administration with the London Association of Funeral Directors, the Diploma in Funeral Arranging and Administration with the National Association of Funeral Directors.
Samantha says, “During my time with Funeral Partners, I have experienced many aspects of the business and have gained knowledge to help me serve and guide my clients and their families through a very difficult time with compassion and empathy”.
