I cannot recommend this funeral director highly enough. From the very first day, the entire team treated me and my family with genuine kindness, care and compassion during one of the most difficult times of our lives.

Before meeting them, I had visited a few other funeral directors, but the difference was immediately clear from the moment I walked through their door. Their warmth and understanding felt completely genuine, and I knew my dad would be in caring and respectful hands. Every detail of his funeral was handled beautifully and professionally, and I honestly cannot fault the service we received.

What has meant even more to me is that their care did not end after the funeral. They continued to support me, even helping me find a suitable final resting place for my dad. Three or four months later, they are still checking in and offering their help, which shows that their compassion goes far beyond simply doing a job.

They are an incredible team of genuinely caring people, and I will always be grateful for everything they did for my dad and our family. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing guidance, kindness and support during such a painful time.

From the moment we met the team they were wonderful, professional and incredibly considerate throughout the whole process. Barry Board was so understanding at such a difficult time. He was so helpful and supportive. He went out of his way to make my dad’s funeral special. Libby who did our service was lovely and kind.

In memory of our Mum Betty. The undertakers were excellent from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so caring, kind and professional in everything they did for us. We would like to thank all those involved but especially Rhiannon, Samantha and Sonya the Celebrant. You all eased us through a difficult time and gave Mum a wonderful send off. This company is without a doubt amazing!! They make an extremely difficult time so much easier on grieving families!! They listen, they remember, they comfort, they are kind, caring & compassionate. Every single member of staff that helped my uncle along his final journey were outstanding at what they did, not only that but they went above & beyond to make sure us as a family were kept up to date, happy with every single thing they did (nothing was to much trouble for them) & were there to help us on the day of the funeral as well, right down to Deanna walking next to me whilst I helped carry the coffin as I was nerves about dropping it & Sam standing with me when I did my eulogy incase I needed her support. So Yaren, Sam, Tony, Deanna & the rest of the team thank you so much for your service, your kindness, your support, your friendship & for making my uncles final journey a safe one & for putting us as a family at ease knowing he was in very good hands!!

From start to finish, she was incredibly pleasant, polite, and attentive, ensuring that both my family and I were okay throughout the entire day. Samantha’s gentle and thoughtful approach made an emotionally difficult experience much easier for all of us. Her professionalism, coupled with her kindness, truly stood out, and we are so grateful for her help and presence during this time.
